Complete Cleveland Indians 2013 Season Preview

The Cleveland Indians have not won a World Series title since 1948. Judging from the changes made this offseason, they're looking to put an end to that streak.

After finishing with a 68-94 record in 2012, Indians general manager Chris Antonetti went to work in revamping his roster.

Via trades and free-agent signings, Antonetti was active, and the end result is a product that promises to be more far more competitive in 2013.

Indians' Signings of Michael Bourn and Nick Swisher Are Winning Back Fans

I spent two hours on Monday afternoon writing a nice, snarky piece making fun of the signings of Jason Giambi and Daisuke Matsuzaka, making parallels about how these signings are all that Chris Antonetti and the Cleveland Indians can seem to do anymore.

Myers wanted to start and he'll have every opportunity to do so in Cleveland.

Cleveland Indians: What Can Terry Francona Expect from New Indians Pitcher Myers

Brett Myers may not be Zack Greinke, David Price or, even, Justin Masterson, but the signing of a veteran, free agent starter was fantastic news for Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona and the fans of the team.

Cleveland Indians Take a Chance with LHP Scott Kazmir

The Cleveland Indians signed left handed starting pitcher Scott Kazmir to a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training, according to Paul Hoynes of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Rare 1948 Color Video of Satchel Paige Found on Movie Director's Estate

For many baseball fans, catching a glimpse of diamond heroes creates happy memories that are unshakable from the human psyche.

Mine being the time I met Atlanta Braves hurler Steve Avery, I can only imagine what baseball fans fans are feeling after seeing recently released and rare video of pitching legend Satchel Paige on the hill in 1948.

Could Cleveland Indians Be Gearing Up for a Dark-Horse Playoff Run?

To put it bluntly, signing Nick Swisher doesn't make the Cleveland Indians a contender for the American League Central.
