Since Jason Heyward has been anointed the opening day starter in right field, he is omitted from this list. Heyward is without a doubt the Braves' top prospect, but this list is compiled of players that Braves fans should keep their eye on for the next few years.
The amount of pitching depth in the Braves' system will be evident in this list, as seven of the 10 are mound dwellers. The Braves have always stressed scouting and drafting well, and this is obviously still the case for a stacked Atlanta farm system.
Some of these names are new additions to the list, and some have been regular names on the top-100 prospect lists by Keith Law and Baseball America. The Braves have the money and prospects to make midseason moves, which could be important as the Braves attempt to get back to the playoffs for the first time since 2005.
Here is the list, and keep watch as some of these players making an impact as soon as this season.
