Cop Blames Blue Jays for Fan Running on Field in Witty Police Report

In Canada, even the cops have a sense of humor. In probably the best police report ever written, the arresting officer describes the potential reasoning for the intruding fan. Was it because he wanted to end the misery of watching the Blue Jays play ball? One can only wonder.
