Someone forgot to tell the Houston Astros that Coors Field is supposed to be a HITTERS' ballpark.
It's 11-1, the Colorado Rockies leading Houston going into the bottom of the eighth inning. Colorado has hit four home runs, including one by Astros killer Todd Helton (who I've always felt has some slightly-padded offensive numbers due to playing home games at Coors Canaveral).
Kaz Matsui is 0-4 in the leadoff tonight, while Lance Berkman, back in the lineup, is 1-4 and is hitting .187.
Astros starter Felipe Paulino certainly had a rough night: four innings, seven hits, eight runs, seven earned runs, four walks and two k's. Anytime a pitcher walks more than he strikes out, that's usually a sign he's not going to get a win.
