The MLB hot stove has really caught fire of late, and plenty more action is expected this week with the annual winter meetings on tap—from Monday, Dec. 7, until Thursday, Dec. 10—in Nashville, Tennessee.

With the baseball world converging on the home of country music, you can expect plenty of landscape-changing action between now and things wrapping up on Thursday evening, as the free-agent and trade markets are both still ripe with impact talent.

Monday: Los Angeles Dodgers acquire RP Aroldis Chapman from the Cincinnati Reds for two prospects, according to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.

Monday: Los Angeles Dodgers sign SP Hisashi Iwakuma for three years, $45 million, per Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.

Monday: Kansas City Royals sign SP Chris Young for two years, $11.75 million, per Jeffrey Flanagan of MLB.com and Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.

Monday: Kansas City Royals sign RP Joakim Soria for three years, $25 million plus incentives, according to Chris Cotillo of SB Nation and Jeffrey Flanagan of MLB.com.
