Here's a look at some outfielders who failed to meet expectations in 2009 but should be much improved in 2010.
Carlos Beltran, New York Mets
His status is up in the air, but he should go late enough in your drafts that the value will be there.
Milton Bradley, Seattle Mariners
I don't know how anyone expected a union of a volatile Bradley with a volatile Lou Piniella was going to end any way other than Bradley being shipped out of town. He'll get a fresh start in Seattle.
Vladimir Guerrrero, Texas Rangers
Technically a DH now, Vlad should kill it for the Rangers. Both the lineup and ballpark are upgrades.
Jose Guillen, Kansas City Royals
Guillen was limited to half a season last year. Assuming he's healthy, 20 homers and 85 RBI aren't out of the question.
Josh Hamilton, Texas Rangers
Few people have come out of nowhere only to disappear the next year like Hamilton did. Assuming he stays healthy mentally and physically, he should bounce back in a big way.
Corey Hart, Milwaukee Brewers
Hart was a 20-20 guy in 2007 and 2008. After struggling last year, look for Hart to return to form.
Nate McLouth, Atlanta Braves
McLouth had a decent year (.256-86-20-70-19), but he's better than that.
Carlos Quentin, Chicago White Sox
He'll have to prove he can stay healthy. He's already proved he can rake when he is.
Manny Ramirez, Los Angeles Dodgers
Despite the suspension and distractions, he still put up decent numbers (.290-62-19-63-0). He'll turn 38 this year, but he is still capable of a 30-homer, 100-RBI season.
Alex Rios, Chicago White Sox
Rios was a major disappointment last year, hitting .247. He wasn't even roster-worthy following his trade to the White Sox. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he'll improve, though, as he was one of the most complete outfielders before last year's debacle.
