Texas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor scored the go-ahead run in the seventh inning of Game 5 of the American League Division Series against the Toronto Blue Jays on what is being considered a controversial call.
Toronto catcher Russell Martin's throw back to the mound hit Rangers right fielder Shin-Soo Choo's bat, allowing Odor to come home. The ball was ruled live.
After review, the call on the field was upheld, and Martin's throw was marked as a throwing error.
The Rangers carried a 3-2 lead into the bottom of the seventh.
