The Top 10 Pitching Duos In Baseball

Right after the Halladay, Lee trade went through, I got a text from one of my friends asking me, "Best pitching duo in the league, Phils or Mariners?"

This got my thinking about actually did have the best duo. Did the acquisition of Halladay out front? Or would the top of the Mariners rotation beat the field? Or could it be another team, which had two top three Cy Young finalists?

This list will be based on statistical history, last years performance, the pitcher's reputation around the league.
