Top MLB Prospect Call-Up Radar Report, Week 18

With just under two months of regular-season baseball left, playoff races around MLB are beginning to take shape.

With the trade deadline in the rearview mirror, major league front offices have fewer ways of improving their rosters for the upcoming pivotal stretch of games. However, talented players on the farm system can provide significant impact for teams hoping to make the postseason.

Over the next few slides, we'll take a look at a handful of prospects who could be big league-bound sooner rather than later. Since the season is into the second half, we've had to adjust our Prospect Call-up Radar System. Here's what we'll use to predict the following prospects' anticipated debuts:

  • Red: Mid-/late 2016 call-up
  • Orange: Early 2016 call-up
  • Yellow: September call-up
  • Green: Call-up is imminent

When will we see the likes of Trea Turner and Domingo Santana? Will hurlers Robert Stephenson, Tyler Glasnow and/or Jose Berrios get their first tastes of the majors sometime over the next few months?

We'll touch on those players and a few others in the slides that follow. Here we go!
