CJ Wilson Injury: Updates on Angels SP's Recovery from Elbow Surgery

Los Angeles Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson returned to spring training Friday after heading back to Southern California to spend time with his wife and newborn daughter. He also resumed throwing, as he recovers from elbow surgery and shoulder tendinitis, according to the Orange County Register's Jeff Fletcher.
