In the top of the third inning against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday night, San Francisco Giants outfielder Angel Pagan made a tremendous play out in center.

With the bases loaded and one out, the long-locked Pagan channeled his inner Tarzan and bolted after what appeared to be a bases-clearing bomb from Andrew McCutchen.

Pagan snared the ball, tumbled and fired it back in, saving his team multiple runs. But the best part about the play?

Derek Norris probably had his head down for most of the game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Friday night. The San Diego Padres catcher struck out four times leading up to the bottom of the ninth inning.

Josh Hamilton Hits First 2 Home Runs of Season Following Return to Rangers


Josh Hamilton is back where he belongs.

After a bumpy two seasons with the Los Angeles Angels, the former MVP was traded back to the Texas Rangers last month, the team with whom he spent five years and became a star.

In just his second game back in Texas (and fifth game of the season), Hamilton took Boston Red Sox pitcher Steven Wright deep in the bottom of the second for his first home run since last August.
