Tampa Bay Rays catcher Rene Rivera will have a hard time living this slide down.

In the top of the third inning against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday night, San Francisco Giants outfielder Angel Pagan made a tremendous play out in center.

With the bases loaded and one out, the long-locked Pagan channeled his inner Tarzan and bolted after what appeared to be a bases-clearing bomb from Andrew McCutchen.

Pagan snared the ball, tumbled and fired it back in, saving his team multiple runs. But the best part about the play?

It's going...it's going...it's...

...still in play.

Cincinnati Reds third baseman Todd Frazier was robbed of a home run in the eighth inning Saturday, thanks to Washington Nationals outfielder Denard Span.

Showalter Unsure of Jones' Timetable

According to Jon Meoli of the Baltimore Sun, Orioles manager Buck Showalter is unsure how long Jones' ankle injury could keep him out of the lineup:

Derek Norris probably had his head down for most of the game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Friday night. The San Diego Padres catcher struck out four times leading up to the bottom of the ninth inning. 

Norris stepped up to the plate with the score tied 2-2, bases loaded and two outs. What happened next was truly unexpected.

After suffering a finger injury, Chicago White Sox slugger Jose Abreu was forced to leave the team's game on Friday against the Houston Astros in the bottom of the eighth inning. He is out against Houston on May 30 with the injury.
