Chatwood Headed for the Disabled List Again

According to Nick Kosmider of the Denver Post, Chatwood has been placed on the 15-day disabled list with a mid-back strain.

Hamilton was 0-for-1 with a walk and a strikeout on Monday before Holt took his place in center field.

During the ninth inning of Sunday's 6-4 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals at Wrigley Field, the Chicago Cubs played a song called "Smack My B---h Up" as Aroldis Chapman walked off the mound.
