The 2008 First-Year Player Draft is remembered for one of two reasons: It was the year that the Giants selected their future MVP, Buster Posey (12.1 WAR); or, it was the year that the Tampa Bay (Devil) Rays drafted prep infielder Tim Beckham with the first-overall pick.

The Cincinnati Reds had the best bullpen in baseball last year.

Among all major league bullpens, the Reds ranked first in ERA, saves, earned runs and runs allowed. Additionally, the bullpen finished in the top five in wins, BAA, OBPa, SLGa, OPSa and K/9 (per ESPN.com).

Last week, the baseball world was completely rocked once again by new PED allegations.

With the start of spring training only a few weeks away, numerous eyes will be dissecting the up-and-coming Cincinnati Reds prospects. 

It's uncertain who will make the cut, since the remaining roster spots are becoming scarce, but the question is: which prospect will make the biggest impact on the Reds 2013 season? 

1. Dylan Bundy, RHP, Baltimore Orioles

With less than two weeks remaining until pitchers and catchers report to spring training, some organizations still haven’t announced all of their non-roster invitees. Typically, an assortment of veteran players and top prospects who aren’t on the 40-man roster are extended invitations to big league camp.

One of the things that continues to make baseball great is the fact that young stars emerge every season.

Those rising stars show promise early in their careers, often becoming All-Stars multiple times.

But they have to patiently wait their turns.

Here is a list of 10 youngsters who are already on the verge of becoming All-Stars. The list will be confined to players who have yet to earn an All-Star selection. Prospects who have yet to star at the big-league stage will not be included.

With their position on the roster secure, they have the luxury of concentrating on improving what they perceive to be a weakness.

Managers love players who can move around the diamond. Having such flexibility allows them to give tired or injured players days off, while keeping a productive bat in the lineup.
