Astros SS Carlos Correa Gives Batting Gloves, Bat to Young Fan with Cancer


The Houston Astros lost to the Seattle Mariners by an 8-1 score on Saturday, and Astros shortstop Carlos Correa went 0-for-3.

But the rookie won the day. Correa met with a young fan with cancer prior to the opening pitch, and the 20-year-old gave the kid a bat and a pair of batting gloves.
