Former San Diego Padres 2004 No. 1 overall draft pick Matt Bush has agreed to a plea bargain that will see the 26-year-old spend three years in prison in connection to a DUI hit-and-run incident, according to Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times.

It would appear the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Mets have agreed on players for an R.A. Dickey trade, but according to Jon Heyman of CBS, stranger things have happened than a trade like this falling through. 

We all remember musical chairs. Dickey appears to be likely, and only Dickey's unwillingness to sign an extension could be holding back a deal.

The Cleveland Indians acquired top young pitcher Trevor Bauer Tuesday night in a three-way trade that sent the baseball world spinning.

The Arizona Diamondbacks acquired first baseman prospect Lars Anderson, shortstop Didi Gregorius and left-hander Tony Sipp in a three-way trade with the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday, via MLB.com.

In exchange, Arizona traded right-handed pitchers Trevor Bauer, Matt Albers and Bryan Shaw.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have acquired shortstop Didi Gregorious, first baseman Lars Anderson and veteran left-handed reliever Tony Sipp from the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds on Dec. 11, according to a team press release.
