2011 Fantasy Baseball: Rickie Weeks Will Be a Bust

Rickie Weeks dominated in 2010. His final stats of 112/29/83/11 and triple slash line of .269/.366/.464 were impressive to say the least.

Milwaukee Brewers: Will Shaun Marcum's Injury Drag Him Down Again in 2011?

With the rash of injuries that have hit the Milwaukee Brewers this spring, Crew fans are wondering when it's going to stop.

It seems like it's a case of "when it rains, it pours," after Shaun Marcum left his start against the Chicago White Sox early.

After working three scoreless innings and only allowing one hit, Marcum complained of shoulder stiffness and was removed from the game.

He missed his next start and was shut down from throwing for almost a week.

Mark Rogers, Cody Scarpetta lead the way for Milwaukee's top prospects; what other prospects should we take note of?

By now, it should be no surprise to know that the Milwaukee Brewers have accumulated some of the most promising young stars via the draft over the past few seasons.

Ryan Braun, Prince Fielder, Yovani Gallardo and Rickie Weeks are just a few examples of Milwaukee's uncanny ability to recognize future difference makers within the organization.

Milwaukee Brewers: 5 Reasons Why Ron Roenicke Will Be NL Manager of the Year

Thank God. Those were two words that I uttered when I first heard that Ken Macha would not be back with the Brewers for a third season.

That euphoria lasted all of five minutes because then I was to find out who was going to replace him.

It took a little while to find out who the candidates even were. Two prominent mentions were Bob Brenly (gag!) and Bobby Valentine. I did not want either of them anywhere near the Brewers. Then there was talk of Joey Cora, who wouldn't have been all bad.

Milwaukee Brewers (2010 record: 77-85)

Fantasy Baseball Player Profile: Can Casey McGehee Keep Up His Production?

Casey McGehee is a player whose value could vary a great deal depending on who you talk to.

One thing is for sure, fantasy owners of Prince Fielder last year are certainly well aware of McGehee’s ability to scoop up base-runners and bring them home.  In 2010 Mcgehee drove in 104 runs while his more notable counterpart Fielder, had just 83.

Will Eric Arnett Assume an Important Role for the Milwaukee Brewers?

With the 26th overall selection in the 2009 MLB amateur draft, the Milwaukee Brewers picked up one of the most promising young hurlers in the nation, Eric Arnett.

Arnett, who had a horrendous start to his 2010 campaign in the Arizona League, looks to become one of Milwaukee's premier starting pitchers in the near future.

But the question is, will it happen?

MLB Trade Rumors: 10 Zack Greinke Fill-ins for Brewers If He’s Gone Long-Term

Most Milwaukee Brewers fans were thrilled with the offseason acquisition of former American League Cy Young Award winner Zack Greinke. Following the trade for Toronto ace Shaun Marcum, the move helped address the Brewers' biggest weakness from 2010.

There were concerns regarding the trade. The Brewers sent two starters and two top prospects to the Royals in exchange for Greinke, leaving the farm system depleted and creating some depth problems on the big league club.
