Over the past week, Bleacher Report has been going position by position and rounding up the top 100 players available in free agency and trades in the 2016-2017 MLB offseason.

Now it's time to put them all in one basket.

Each player was subjected to a scoring system that weighed his desirability in terms of talent, durability and value. Position players and starting pitchers could get as many as 100 points. Relief pitchers could get as many as 85 points.

The San Francisco Giants need to bolster their bullpen.

The Giants know it. Every other team knows it. Your second cousin who's wrapped up in the election and doesn't really follow baseball knows it.

Remember when Sonny Gray seemed to have one foot in an Oakland A's uniform and one foot on the trading block? Those were interesting times.

Now they may be ready for a comeback.

Major League Baseball handed out the 2016 Silver Slugger Awards to the best offensive player at each position on Thursday. The winners included Mike Trout in the American League and Corey Seager in the National League.

If the Detroit Tigers start to tear down their aging roster and build for the future, second baseman Ian Kinsler will be an attractive piece for an opposing team.

Coming off the best season of his career in 2016, Minnesota Twins second baseman Brian Dozier is going to draw plenty of trade interest this offseason if the team wants to move him.  

According to MLB Network's Jon Morosi, multiple teams showed interest in Dozier during the general manager meetings.
