Mets Pitcher Noah Syndergaard Scares Fans by Pretending to Chop off Long Hair


Don't worry. Noah Syndergaard didn't actually chop his precious locks. He did, however, have a little fun with his fans.

The New York Mets pitcher posted a photo of himself sitting in a salon chair on Wednesday, captioning it with a suspenseful "Guess what time it is...."

The right-hander kept the joke up for five hours before finally following it up with another photo, writing a sly "Just kidding":

Each MLB Team's Best, Worst 2015-16 Offseason Move Thus Far

The MLB offseason is far from over, as the free-agent market for position players continues to move as slowly as any in recent memory.

With that being said, teams still have plenty of time to make significant decisions, both good and bad, before the start of spring training.
