The Baltimore Orioles had a fantastic 2014 season, as they won their division and went to the American League Championship Series for the first time since 1997.

After experiencing success and entering the offseason with just a few players hitting the free-agent market, fans hoped to see the O's jump on their window of opportunity and build their roster for an even deeper postseason run in 2015.

Here’s the first look at the 2015 Lester’s Legends third base rankings.


1. Anthony Rendon, Washington Nationals

Anthony Rendon hit .287 with 111 runs, 21 home runs, 83 RBI and 17 stolen bases last year. Rendon's main position is third base, but he played 28 games last year at second base to give himself positional eligibility and additional flexibility.


2. Josh Donaldson, Toronto Blue Jays

Spring training is finally here, or almost here anyway, as pitchers and catchers are set to report later this week.

Opening Day is still a month-and-a-half away, but just seeing guys playing catch and running around in sunny Arizona or Florida is enough to stir up some excitement in even the most casual of baseball fans, if for no other reason than it's a sure sign spring is right around the corner.

With the top 150 fantasy baseball players all ordered and ranked on the initial 2015 Big Board, it's time to get into the individual-position rankings. All told, there will be (count them) 300 players ranked.

Some MLB bullpens are just nasty.

The trio of late-inning aces pitching for the Kansas City Royals and the new relief corp that has been put together by the New York Yankees both definitely fit that description. As the dominance of Greg Holland, Kelvin Herrera and Wade Davis for the Royals last season clearly demonstrated, a top-flight bullpen makes all the difference.
